Easily change your layout settings using a friendly dialog.
Saving them as default settings allows you to set your preferred settings once and use them everywhere in your application. You can even exchange these settings (XML file) with other RADvolution developers or members of your team. And reuse them when starting a new project.

Simply rightmouse click on a form and select 'Form layout settings ...'.

Layout tabpages
The 'Auto Layout', 'Spacing', 'Margins' and 'Sizes' tabpages all contain a diversity of settings which are used by the layout engine. You can change the behavior of the auto layout process by (un)checking its tasks and when it should be automatically invoked. Easily set your default spacing & margins for each parent control. And default sizes can be set for each type of control.

Powerful application wide layout actions
The normal layout actions can also be applied on multiple forms at once!
After selecting your action, a dialog pops up allowing you to select the forms to apply the action to.

Application wide migration support
You can even add RADvolution functionality to your current project.
Just add a reference to the "RADvolution.dll" and via the form layout settings choose the action 'Change forms into RADvolution forms ...'.
Each selected form will then inherit from the RADvolution form class.
Afterwards use the action 'Auto layout ...' and the auto layout process is performed on each selected form.
