The blue arrow is the VDI (Visual Destination Indicator).
It simply helps you to position the control.

When the user resizes the Form at runtime all the alignments
(even center and middle) will always be aligned as you have defined:
a centered PrintButton will stay centered when the DataGrid resizes.
