Not only is the layout correct at once, the names of the controls are ready too, applying your own preferred naming convention. In this example the default convention is used.

All Anchors are set too. Resizing your form horizontal resizes the TextBoxes.

The OKButton and CancelButton are added automatically at the correct position, just by double clicking in the ToolBox. They can also be set at the right of the form by changing a setting.
